A microprocessor-based filter fluorometer designed for trace-level detection:
- Uses UV excitation filters (3 wavelengths) and visible emission filters (3 wavelengths)
- Measures fluorescence intensity proportional to analyte concentration
- Provides high sensitivity up to 0.1 ppm (or better)
- Compact and easy to operate with digital display
- Ideal for routine lab and field analysis
Unlike spectrophotometers, it detects emitted light, giving much higher sensitivity.
