Application : The Cleveland Open Cup (COC) Flash Point Apparatus is used to determine the  flash point and fire point of petroleum products and other liquids having flash points above 79 °C. It is widely used in petroleum refineries, lubricant manufacturing units, oil testing laboratories, research institutes, and quality control labs to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

Product Description : The Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Apparatus is a precision-engineered instrument designed for accurate and repeatable determination of flash and fire points of petroleum products.  The unit consists of a brass test cup, mounted on a uniformly heated electric hot plate, enclosed in a draft shield. A microprocessor-based digital controller regulates the heating rate as per ASTM D92 requirements. The automatic test flame applicator and flash detection system ensure reliable and consistent results with minimal operator intervention.
