Application

Butyrometers are specialized glass instruments used for:

Product Description

Butyrometers are precision-calibrated glass tubes with a graduated neck designed specifically for fat measurement using sulfuric acid and amyl alcohol in the Gerber centrifuge. The graduations directly indicate the percentage of fat.

Each type of butyrometer is designed for a specific dairy product to ensure accurate fat column reading after centrifugation and water bath treatment.
