Mechanical Grease worker

Service Overview

Model Number : NI-GW-101
Compliance Standard : Astm D217, IP 50, Astm D4950
Application : The Mechanical Grease Worker is used to determine the worked penetration of lubricating greases after subjecting them to a standardized mechanical shearing action. The test simulates the effect of mechanical working on grease consistency under actual service conditions. It is widely used in petroleum laboratories, grease manufacturing plants, quality control labs, and R&D centers.

Product Description :- The instrument is used to determine worked Penetration of Lubricating grease. The sample is taken into test cup and then subjected to 60 to 99,999 Strokes. Digital timer is provided which stops the motor after the counting is completed. The test cup is made of S.S. 304 with sturdy mounting arrangement on the base. After completion, the sample is taken for penetration test to determine NLGI grade of that particular grease.
