Model Number : NI-PD-201
Compliance Standard : ASTM D86, IP 123, IS 1448 – part 18
Applications: Simultaneous determination of boiling range and distillation profile of petroleum products, Quality control in refineries, fuel testing laboratories, and R&D centers, Evaluation of fuel volatility, performance, and specification compliance, Research and development in refining, blending, and fuel formulation
Product Desciption : Petroleum Distillation apparatus twin test (non-refrigerated) is used to perform atmospheric distillation of petroleum products using Laboratory batch distillation to determine IBP(Initial boiling point) and FBP(Final Boiling point) of petroleum products. It has temp from ambient up to 400°C. for 2 samples at a time. The heater is controlled through Voltage Variac to maintain heating rate of sample. 125ml distillation flask is mounted on asbestos board and its height can be adjusted through jack provided. The condenser tank is made of S.S 304 and mounted on a M.S. powder coated frame. Digital Indicator is provided to measure the specimen vapour temp. and thermometer arrangement is provided to measure temp. of condenser tank. 100ml measuring cylinder with base support is placed to collect the output.
