Application : Saybolt Viscometer is used to determine the Saybolt viscosity of petroleum products such as lubricating oils, fuel oils, and other liquid petroleum products by measuring the time of flow through a calibrated orifice at a specified temperature. Commonly used in petroleum testing laboratories, lubricant industries, refineries, and QC labs.

Description :- The Instrument is used to determine Saybolt Universal ofr Saybolt Furol Viscosity in the temp. between ambient upto 99°C. The efflux time in seconds of 60ml of sample, flowing through Calibrated orifice is measured under controlled conditions. The outer body is made up of M.S. Duly powder coated, inner chamber made of S.S. 304. Temp. is Controller thorugh PID Temp Controller with an accuracy of +/-0.1°C . It has inbuilt separate Universal and Furol orifice.
