- Electrically operated Tray Dryer is specially designed for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical & other industries for the economical drying of Granules, Powder, Foods, and Chemicals.
- The construction is double-walled, with both walls made of CRCA Sheet.
- The interior is painted with Heat Resistant Aluminum Paint to withstand long-duration heating cycles normally required in industrial applications.
- The exterior body is either Powder coated OR Painted with long-lasting Duco Paint.
- The gap between the walls is filled with Glass wool insulation to avoid heat loss.
- Insulated Rigid Doors fitted with Strong Hinges with Ball Cage Locking arrangements.
- Brackets to support the heavily laden trays on the sides of the inner chamber.
- Air circulated by a Heavy-duty blower to maintain temperature uniformity throughout the working chamber.
- Tubular Air Heaters are placed in the moving air path & heaters are interlocked with the blower.
- Ventilation with adjustable opening on the top facilitates flowing the fumes or vapors produced during the process.
- Control panel having Microprocessor-based PID Temperature controller with PT-100 Temperature Sensor, Ammeter, Volt Meter, Phase Indicating lamps, Heater ON Indicators, Booster Heater Switch, Motor Switch/Push Buttons.
- Tray Size: 16” x 32” x 1 ¼ ” (L X W X H).
- Supplied without Trays and Trolleys.
- Unit works on either 230 V AC Single Phase 50 Hz. OR 415 V AC, 50 Hz. 3 Phase Supply.
